Sunday, May 2, 2021 - Decanted 1 hour but needed more. Very tannic at first, almost unpleasantly so. It calmed down with additional time in the decanter/glass, showing black fruit, spice, toasty oak, caramel, and espresso beans. Still showing strong on day 2, in fact even better. I think in hindsight, I'd hold this another couple of years and drink through 2034.
