Tuesday, January 9, 2018 - This champagne I tasted out of the Lehmann champagne Grand Cru glass, which is better than Zalto White wine and the Schott-Zwiesel Chardonnay enoteca.
Very vital perlage.
Love the nutty and woody nose.
On the palate it’s green pear and brioche. This champagne is medium bodied and more on the wine-like side.
The dosage is maybe 2gramms too much in my opinion so it turns more in everybody’s darling.
It has a nice complexity but the length is a bit missing.
Nice for everyday champagne or light meals.
Needs 10 min to open in the glass
No date of degorgement on the bottle
