Tuesday, November 20, 2018 - Continues to be consistent; heavy oak but good structure. Holds up well to robust foods. Had with spanish rice and with bbq ribs; doesn't pair as well with more sophisticated foods IMO. I would like it a lot better with less oak; I had hoped it would tame with time but hasn't.
