Tuesday, July 20, 2021 - At first, I tasted “winter fruit” which turned out to be baked pears—plain, baked, underripe Bartlett pears.
As it warmed and opened I can’t help but have notes of those disposable styrofoam model airplanes you got as a treat from your dentist’s office, along with moderate and lovely acid.
Overall, a lovely funky white! #iykyk
