Friday, November 30, 2018 - Decanted for an hour. Served in Riedel Shiraz glasses. Deep crimson colour. Aroma; dark forest fruit and vanilla. Flavours; Rich stewed plums and dark fruit up front followed by oak, cake, spices, vanilla and bitter orange peel. Although intense, it is not overbearing and feels smooth with a long finish and a light dusting of tannin. Paired with spicy meatballs and pasta.
