Tuesday, January 17, 2017 - Pale Golden undertone color, quite dramatic for a young Sauv Blanc. Minerals, fresh straw, lime zest, lemon thyme, chalk, white flowers. Nose is insane. Mouth texture is balanced, lifted, elegant. Silky. Minerals citrus, white stone fruit. Slightly pithy good finish. One of the few Sauv blancs I am excited about. Awesome.
