Tuesday, April 18, 2017 - An excellent sauvignon blanc. Light-medium yellow. Fine tropical nose, citrus, lemon, melon. Creamy. Palate has a taut edge to it from bracing acidity; very nice balance. Fills every corner of the mouth. Definitely avoids the grassiness of this grape grown in other places. I think this will age well, although it was slightly better when opened last night. 4-12-16-8: 90/100.
