Thursday, April 20, 2017 - Quite a wonderful sauvignon blanc - light-bodied, crisp, steely and just the right citrus kick. There is a tension that holds from initial attack to finish - good minerality and depth of flavor that lengthens the finish. There is a bit of a metallic flavor in the background and continuing into the finish that detracts just a little bit.
