The wine has friendly fresh white fruit, some flowers and a stony hint in the bouquet with also some fresh mown grass; the taste is juicy and firm with a very fresh and ripe acidity. The most impressive are the super bitters above this all and they stay in the mouth for at least 30 seconds. This sauvignon I really like!
