Thursday, March 3, 2022 - Pop n' pour. Medium-yellow, darker than a younger SB for sure. Nose still fresh, with mineral, metal, melon in the nose. Grapefruit. Good acid backbone frames nice bold fruit flavors. Impressive, and very long on the finish, even with spicy food. Incredible for 7 years past the vintage. 4-13-17-9: 93/100.
