Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Drank this over two nights about a week apart (375ml each time and stored in a half bottle in between). The first 375 was short decant and while the nose was awesome the palate was a closed and disappointing. On the second 375 I slow ox’ed for several hours (namely opened the 375 and poured a smal glass to give more air). And wow it was really great, acid was popping but not overwhelming, forest floor / menthol, and bright red fruits with a long finish. I will try to hold next bottle 5+ yrs
