Friday, November 10, 2017 - 2017 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium - Kelly and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/9/2017-11/14/2017 (Villa D’este, Lake Como and Milan): Modern ripe style of Chardonnay blend, lemon, lemon curd, a hint of pineapple, spicy spices, creme brulee and steely mineral. Excellent concentration, ripe yellow fruit driven palate impression, steely mineral, good acidity and a long lemon and steel driven finish. Very good wine with good freshness but a bit heavy palate. For those who like the opulent fruit of California Chardonnay.
