Saturday, June 26, 2021 - Amazing wine, great now but will improve some still imho. Packed with cassis, wild raspberries, pencil shavings, herbs, pepper and a ripe tone of undergrowth. Straightforward fruit with elegance and soft tannins with some ’body building’ attitude. Enjoyed with grilled fillet of beef, summer potato salad, halloumi and truffle bearnaise sauce.
