Pretty closed and slightly artificial on the nose. Notes of licorice and roasted appear but predominates in pharmaceutical hint. Also black currants with mint. Acidity big shot and watery texture of a classical Tondonia. Its time will come.

Nuevo chica en la oficina. Color carmesí con ribetes muy pálidos. Bastante cerrado y un poquito artificial en nariz. Aparecen notas de regaliz y torrefactos pero predomina en deje farmacéutico. También grosellas negras con menta. Acidez disparada y la clásica textura acuosa de Tondonia. Su hora llegará.

    10/7/2016 8:22:00 AM - Hi there again James, about 04 Tondonia it is really new in Spain and I didn't fill up my cellar with this stuff yet...IMHO at least five years from now if you prefer it over the tip of the hill, ten if you like a serene decadence.
    About 95 tondonia GR now it is really impressive, a bit rampaging youth but very good if you want to feel a refreshing acidity in your mouth. If compared with 81 or 80 this is showing it can lay down for another decade or two even without problem.
