On the nose: cedar, graphite and leather.
On the palate it is quite smooth with a touch of grainy tannins and some chocolate notes.
Pretty classic, smooth old Rioja style profile; for my taste almost too smooth and easy.. Not very complex.
Normally I am looking for more "nooks and crannies" in a wine.
