Tuesday, May 30, 2017 - Dusky ruby. Shy aroma of dry wood with a hint of blackberry. Intense intertwining of vibrant acid, puckering tannins and sinewy fruit on the palate. Expecting this would be wonderful with serrano ham and salty olives. 50 + 15 + 16 + 8 = 89.
