Sunday, March 8, 2020 - Six hour decant and oh what a wine. On opening, fruit was a little thin and acidic. Blossoms into a fragrant expression of plummy red fruit with dill, tobacco, and old leather. Multilayered and medium bodied, this has a structure that is so wonderfully versatile with food and really picks up on smokey notes, like Chorizo, beautifully.

Cheers!
