Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - Medium golden color. Beautifully aged notes of apple, white blossoms, mint, citrus, also some white peach, petroleum and also a touch of spices, but mostly flowery notes and also some honey. It‘s medium bodied, with good mid-palate persistence and medium+ acidity as well as medium sweetness. Good length. There is also an element of slight creaminess. A very nicely aged *Spätlese that is selling for a song.
