Saturday, August 5, 2017 - Light pale greenish yellow. Lots of tropical notes on the nose with some melon and guava. Sharp acidity (7.5/10) and a tad unbalanced. Touch of grass on the palate with notes of melon, lemon zest, and a touch herbaceous. Crisp and solid minerality. Light bodied and medium finish. Drink till 2019.
