Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Bright, sharp yellow w/hint of green. Positively glows.
Nose > Earthy peach, pear, key-lime, lemon custard & brown spices. Very Rheingau. Hint of blackcurrant & lavender.
Lots going on aroma-wise. Ripe Riesling & botrytis.
On the palate > Round, apricot, starfruit, white peach, persimmon, quince, Chinese apple & lanolin. Light, pretty, earthy botrytis.
Earthy, rich, firm, & creamy with medium acidity in the finish.
Excellent balance. Medium concentration, length, & acidity.
