Wednesday, March 11, 2020 - 3/11/20 note: Probably passed it’s prime. Earthy with some light fruit on top. Still interesting but a shadow of its former self.
6/15/22: Had a third bottle of this and it was spectacular. Pop and our. Kept it corked on table and that was the trick. Probably 97+ in its prime but still not far off today.
