Tuesday, August 15, 2017 - This bottle started out with a very green and woody profile. It mellowed a bit after around three hours of air. I enjoy some green pepper tones in my reds, but this was more like just green wood. Other than that, it was pretty good. Nice full body and medium nose. Well balanced and smooth. Good finish.
