Sunday, January 22, 2023 - Cherry, leather, graphite, and oak on the nose and some fennel and vanilla on the palate. Medium plus acid and tannins still noticeable but fine with food and paired well with beef chili. Very good QPR and fine for a weekday sipper while watching the playoffs
