Sunday, January 16, 2022 - Decant for half hour. Very deep red. Aroma of blackberries. It tastes like blackberry, dust and espresso with a slightly bitter taste. After 1 hour, the sweetness of the figs has increased significantly, this young wine needs at least 1 hour of decanting, but it is delicious.
