Wednesday, June 1, 2022 - After drinking a bunch of 375s within a few years of release, this is my first full bottle to be opened. Popped and poured alongside a 2015 Tour St Christophe that was decanted. The Cantemerle opened quickly in the glass. Both wines showed well for 3+ hours, making an assessment of which was better very difficult. This being a more classically styled Haut-Medoc compared to the riper/richer St Emilion gives it a slight edge for my palate, although I would never push away a glass of the TSC. Both are excellent wines. :-)
