Sunday, August 19, 2018 - Give this wine a good airing and it will reward you with a nose of cherries, earthiness, hints of flowers, and delicate spices. The palate has flavours of cherries and rhubarb and well integrated acidity and tannin. The finish has flavours of earthy minerslity and sweet cherries. This is a deliciously light , elegant and refined iteration of Pinot Noir. It should continue to drink well for the next 2-3 years.
