Wonderful, complex nose that evolved over time, starting with some secondary characteristics especially mushrooms that faded a bit and pure fruit emerged. Silky smooth palate, red and black cherries, red plums. Lingering finish.

A terrific bottle of Bordeaux, above expectations for a less- heralded year, drinking beautifully right now.
