Thursday, August 19, 2021 - A wine to be appreciated in calm surroundings rather than a rauccous dinner party; it is all about nuance and lightness of touch; certainly open for business now as compared to 3 years ago; this has a classic Pauillac nose but after 1 hour the leafy cabernet elements really come through giving this a poise and freshness that elevate it into something more refined. Beautiful. Will keep many more years.
