Thursday, November 4, 2021 - Decanted only 30 mins; color was very solid to the rim. Pleasing scent of blackberry, apple, forest and moss. Flavors followed through very true to the nose with a good core of acidity. Matched the grilled lamb nicely, look forward to more of this one.
