Saturday, November 10, 2018 - Strikingly elegant Sauternes. Seductive viscous mouthfeel, layered w pear, honey and a shot of Meyer Lemon that continued until all of a sudden notes of Tarragon added to a finish that can captivate a novice. Texture, Body, Balance, Delicious factor..the finish tells me this is every bit 96.
