Wednesday, January 27, 2021 - blackberries, baked plum, tobacco, olive, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and dried herbs.

Nice mouthfeel that’s lush but not overbearing, acidity is there and a nice lift of red berries on the back palate.

I seek this table out every year at TOHM. Solid stuff
