Saturday, March 13, 2021 - Complex herbal nose with dark fruits (sloan), dark chocolate, integrated oak character.
Dark fruits (sloan, cassis), fresh acidity, bitter chocolate, lead pencil,bay leaf and other spicies, slightly peppery. Intensive long aftertaste. Nice but not as good as last time.
