Wednesday, November 4, 2020 - Sweet, sappy raspberry and redcurrant fruit; pencilly palate with a little truffle emerging. Despite following this rather closely for a couple of hours, this never really comes around though it did put on weight with air. Glad we caught this bottle when we did because it surely wouldn’t have improved with more age.
