Thursday, March 28, 2013 - Sale e Pepe restaurant. Excellent, fully mature cabernet. Garnet color. Liquorice, black olive, cedar, ripe cherry and cumin on the nose. Silky-textured, perfectly round and smooth. Long aftertaste. Absolutely healthy and enjoyable.
