Saturday, May 3, 2014 - Dinner at Jada's (Chez Jada): 2nd bottle opened tonight and this one delivered the goods. Beautiful floral bouquet, sharp and precise, with loads of warm summer berries, the nose was pure enjoyment. Medium bodied, with rounded gentle tannins and a rambunctious fruity character, this wine was quite a surprise given the backward, aloof character of the vintage. For those who enjoy mature Bordeaux, you really could do much worse than buy a case of this terrific wine to drink unhurriedly over the next 6-8 years
