Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Saturday Blind Tasting - Bordeaux '03 and Older (Chevalier Fine Wines): Blind. Another gorgeous nose of dense plum fruit, mineral and tobacco. Rich fruit but so elegantly styled. Lithe and lifted palate. Very good complexity and layering throughout. Excellent, but not quite as good as the '83 Palmer tasted before it.
