Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Deliciously elegant. Nose nose of green apple, white flowers and ripe fruit. Hint of minerality on the inhale but the acidity while there does not seem high. A soft mouth feel with balanced fruit with apple and pear notes and a slight citrus finish coated in rounded sweetness. Very easy to drink. 8% alc. Went well with spicy Thai food.
