Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Opened (but not decanted) for four hours until served. Regret serving at all, as this was clearly too young. Some expected Paulliac aromatics - red fruits, eucalyptus, cedar - but palate tannic and disjointed. Will hold other bottles from this vintage. Didn't score.
