Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - Canon vs. Duffau-Lagarrosse 2009-2020 tasted blind (Fribourg): Dark garnet, Nose with some greens, asparagus, Pruney and raspberry jam, cough syrup. Green elements despite very ripe fruit. Feels pushed. Oxidative Maggi seasoning notes emerge with air in the glass. I think they have overdone this.
