Saturday, May 7, 2022 - Aromatics burst out of the bottle as soon as it was popped. Didn't need much decanting to get going but really hit its stride after 90 mins or so. The depth of fruit is outstanding, dark, rich bramble fruits with a pure mineral core and framed beautifully by silky smooth tannins. Might be a tad bit hedonistic for some but that's being very picky as it's so well balanced. There's so much evolution to come but, yeah, it's damn good already.
