Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Coravin fun - Bordeaux (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Dense, ripe, concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry, sweet plums, polished oak shows cedar and sweet spice. Juicy, fleshy, black fruits and other flavours as per the nose, tight, slightly coarse tannins prove quite drying. Touch of warmth on the finish, time, lots of it - quite closed at the moment but shows promise.
