Sunday, February 25, 2024 - DC Dinners and Tastings; 2/24/2024-2/26/2024 (Washington, DC): Dark fruits, cedar, anise, tarragon, vanilla on the nose. Medium + intensity of aromas. Smells like it's going to be big. Pretty tightly wound on the palate at this juncture; with flavors of ripe blackberries, ripe dark plums and ripe black currants. Still quite young. The secondary flavors are integrated well with the fruits, and their intensity is a very nice medium +.

Medium + body with medium + acid and medium + tannin. Developing. Hold for 3-5 more years; at which point it should really be good.
