Thursday, December 16, 2021 - Very dark Burgundy red, lots of black.
Complex nose with strawberry blackberry earth and some tomato.
Satiny tannins, healthy acid.
Long.
On day2 tomato was gone remaining components remained in harmony, acid better integrated.
Very early to try, but this was delicious and drinkable.
Presumably better in 5ys.
