Monday, December 5, 2016 - Medium ruby colour. The nose shows medium+ intensity aromas of charcuterie, white pepper, dark plums, dark cherries and hints of blue flowers.

It is dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has a high alcohol and medium supple tannins. It is full-bodied with medium+ intensity flavours and a long finish.

It is an outstanding quality wine. It has a lingering finish and concentrated flavours. It also shows balance between alcohol and tannic structure, supported by flavour concentration, and complexity provided by glass ageing.
