Sunday, October 2, 2016 - This is just reliable Loire CF at a very reasonable price. Versatile food wine, with nice silky texture, crunchy red fruit, nice balance of acid to keep it clean. Not something I'm going to cellar for years, but good to have around and will probably last until you decide you have nothing else to pair with that roast chicken or gratin.
