Tuesday, October 27, 2020 - Medium golden yellow. Lush and layered nose with pears, perfumed herbs, straw and a bit nutty. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and medium minus bodied. Well balanced palate with citrus rind and nuttiness. Long finish. Drink till 2023.
