Thursday, June 4, 2020 - Petrol on opening, slightly fading away later on. Colour on the green side, lots of lemons, limes, in a potent, energetic body and quite relaxed, easy to drink in the same time. Went fantastic with garlic prawns.

6/4/2020 2:45:00 PM - YVW, Lou! :) From what I've read, Hugel & Trimbach can also be counted upon to make their "Classic" series Rieslings dry, unlike other Alsatian producers.
