Saturday, January 16, 2010 - October 2005 Disgorgement. WOW! Intensely vinous, excellent weight, very dark pinot flavours. Mineral streak comes out with some decanting. Fruit in the white range and holds the power and the minerality nicely in balance. Very, very serious champagne.
