Sunday, November 8, 2020 - Slightly golden in colour. A mature and developing nose with lots of bruised apples. The palate however is fresh with searing acidity. Initially, this was very lean but quickly becomes more balanced with time. With time, this got better and better. I enjoyed this as it became warmer also.

From BV. Just a classic medium aged champagne.
