Monday, November 30, 2020 - Rich, warm aromas- pastry, some lemon, a tiny amount of flint to round it off

Rich, elegant and structured with freshness of fruit and moderate acidity. Leads of with lemon and transitions into a seamless palate of vanilla, cinnamon spice, tangerine. Second day some notes of apple and honey. Intensity is maintained through the long finish.
